LDAP Authentication problem at SAP BI 4.1 SP3

Hi all,

we already installed SAP BIBO 4.1 SP3 with External Database (oracle) and run top of Oracle Sun Solaris 5.10

we need integrate user authentication to logon BI via LDAP, based on SAP BI Document Administration & Wiki, we followed those step by step and successfully finished

after we click Update at LDAP Authentication Wizard, we got Configuration Success, no problem but when we checked at User And Groups section, we did no get any group and User came up.

so, LDAP is like could not populate User and Group at BI Platform,

what step we missed it? because we assume this simple way to integrate even at Netweaver Product.

please help.
