I would suggest to go through SAP note 1944258 - Easy query setup: Setup-Report.
Run the report first with "Check Box" to check if all configurations are fine, if there are message "Missing" then run the report "without check box" this will configure most of the setting except Supervisor setting, which you can do manually as well
