Table for Scale base condition record for Date & Time

Hi All

I want to fetch condition record on basis of date and timing where Scale Basis is T(reserved (IS-OIL, time prices)).

Scales are maintained on basis of Date ,Time and amount where for particular date and time we need to fetch amount for pricing condtion.

Example: for date 10.10.2013, there are multile scale are maintained for different timing with respective amount.and we need to fetch record for particular time and date.

please help me to find table or combinations of table where I can get these records
