If you are looking at CRM system, Approach suggested by prabhanjan reddy is correct.
But, If i'm not wrong, VD03 is transaction available in SAP ECC system and not CRM system. If it is ecc system you are looking then below are tables which stores required info -
KNVP - Customer Master Partner Functions
TPART- Business Partner Functions: Texts
