Hi,
LineTotal is the total of the row entered in the Purchase order per row.
Opensum is the amount which is open pertaining to that row.
LineTotal will not change even if you cancel, close or copy the document to target document. OpenSum will change based on what activity you perform on the Purchase Order row.(whether you close it, copy to target document etc).
